The Federal Trademark Application service is $300 plus the government filing fee of $325 per class. One of our experienced trademark attorneys will prepare the Federal Trademark Application on your behalf. The fee includes legal follow up of the trademark application, encompassing both conferences and correspondence with the Trademark Attorney for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
